How Do You Vet Your Cleaners for Various Spaces?
Our vetting process is rigorous, whether for residential or commercial spaces. It starts with a detailed phone interview, followed by a comprehensive in-person meeting in the applicant’s current place of work. Cleaners are selected only after verifying their ID, address, and references, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Will I Meet My Cleaner Prior to Their First Visit?
Yes, we believe it's essential for you to meet your cleaner before their first visit. This meeting allows you to discuss your cleaning needs and ensure you're comfortable with our choice. We're flexible and can bypass this step if you prefer to start the cleaning services immediately.
What Happens if My Cleaner Is Unavailable?
In case your cleaner is unable to attend, we will inform you promptly and offer a cover cleaner either on the same day or within the same week, based on the notice period.
Are Evening or Weekend Cleanings Available?
Absolutely! We offer flexible cleaning schedules, including evenings and weekends. Please note, there may be an additional charge for services outside regular hours in some areas.
Can I Schedule a Monthly Clean?
While our most frequent service is fortnightly, we do offer monthly cleans at deep cleaning rates.
Do I Need to Be Present During the Cleaning?
It's not necessary for you to be home. Our cleaners are thoroughly vetted and can hold house keys if required. A Key Acknowledgement Form will be provided for your peace of mind.
Do I Have to Supply Cleaning Products & Equipment?
For home cleaning, we can supply all essential cleaning chemicals. For our deep cleaning and short-term rental property services, we can provide all necessary cleaning supplies.
For commercial cleaning, essential cleaning chemicals are included at no extra cost. Additionally, we offer the option to supply all cleaning materials and consumables for commercial spaces for an additional fee.
Can I Change My Cleaner If I Am Not Happy?
Yes, if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're happy to assign a different cleaner from our diverse team.
What Insurance Coverage Do You Provide?
We have comprehensive insurance, including a minimum of £1,000,000 in public liability coverage. The policy has an excess of £100 per claim to maintain reasonable costs.
Do Your Cleaners Move Furniture?
We move light items like chairs, provided they don’t have anything on them.
Can Housekeepers Use Ladders?
Our housekeepers are trained to safely use a 2-step ladder while maintaining three points of contact.
I’m Very Happy with the Housekeeper You Provided, Can I Hire Them Privately?
To maintain the integrity of our service and the investment in our staff, our housekeepers are contractually prohibited from accepting private work from our clients.
What Are the Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy?
Payment for our services must be made in advance, either via cash or bank transfer. To cancel a scheduled cleaning, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge.
